PFFWCF Fired-Up Charity Ball & Fundraiser

The Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity and champions for burn survivors, firefighters, and safe communities all across Wisconsin. Everyone is touched by the work they do, whether through their fire safety and prevention initiatives or the work they do to support firefighters and their families during times of need. As Personal Injury & First Responder Lawyers, MacGillis Wiemer, LLC, was honored to not only attend their Fired-up Fundraiser on May 8th, 2021, but also be a sponsor as well as donate toward their Bid for Kids fund. Their goal is to prevent fires and burns from happening at all, but when a burn injury does occur, they are there to provide meaningful support of burn survivors of all ages and in all stages of recovery and from our attorneys representing people in situations like this we understand the heartache, pain and burden it can be to go through this. We are thankful for organizations like the PFFWCF, and others like them, that provide support for all in the community going through unfortunate situations like these, and are proud to support them in any way we can.

This event took place at the Harley-Davidson Museum and was a fun-filled night with entertainment, silent and live auctions, and an amazing program featuring inspirational stories of survival from those that they serve. All proceeds from the night totaled more than $64,000 and went to support their cause and programming, including their Summer Camp for Burn Injured Youth. We are excited to continue to support them and look forward to future fundraising events.
