Maggie J. Frawley is an associate at MacGillis Wiemer, LLC and focuses her practice on civil litigation, specializing in labor law and working with first responder labor unions. Originally from Waunakee, Wisconsin, she earned her B.A. from the University of Minnesota. At Minnesota, Maggie majored in Journalism with a focus in Strategic Communication and minored in Sport Management.

Maggie earned her J.D. and certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Sports Law from Marquette University. While attending law school, Maggie was the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 30 of the Marquette Sports Law Review and served as the Vice-Chair of the Sports Law Negotiation Competition. She studied international dispute resolution, traveling to both Israel and Northern Ireland throughout her time at Marquette. Maggie was a Public Interest Law Society (PILS) fellow with the Milwaukee Justice Center and was an active member of the Association of Women Lawyers, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and the Sports Law Society throughout law school.

Maggie is dedicated to service and was inducted into the Pro Bono Society and graduated with service honors after completing over 150 hours of pro bono service throughout her three years at Marquette. Maggie’s pro bono work has primarily been with the Milwaukee Justice Center, Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics, and the Mobile Legal Clinic.

In her free time, Maggie loves sports, traveling, reading books, listening to podcasts, enjoying live music, spending time outdoors, and has recently been teaching herself to play the piano again after roughly a ten-year hiatus. She also loves animals and greatly enjoys spending time with her adorable cats and dogs.
